Papers are invited from members of the scientific community. Authors of papers are required to adhere to the following guidelines:

• Focus on the theme or subthemes of the Conference
• Paper must not be more than 10 double-spaced A4 (21.0cm x 29.7cm) sized pages (250 words per page) including equations, tables, figures and references
• Paper must be typed using MS Word programme, Times New Roman font, and all text not less than 12 point size, except paper title, which should be 14 points
• The paper abstract should not be more than 300 words
• Paper must contain contact information including an email address of at least one of the authors, who is the corresponding author; the person to do the presentation should be indicated
• Figures, tables and equations must have separate sequential numbering
• Submission of paper is online at Paper Submission or by email attachment to: infonabet@nigerianbme.org
• Alternatively, submission of papers can be by posting four (4) copies of the paper accompanied with a copy of the compact disc (CD) of the paper to the Conference Manager, ILORIN 2015, Association of Biomedical Engineers and Technologists of Nigeria c/o College of Biomedical Engineering and Technology, Department of Biomedical Technology, School of Health Technology, Federal University of Technology, P.M.B. 1562, Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria.
• Authors are requested to submit in addition a short profile (Resume) of their academic and professional experience
• Contributions from authors will be peer reviewed and presented within the scientific programme
• Presenters of accepted papers would be expected to present their papers using the multimedia. Therefore, in addition to the paper in MS Word, presenters are expected to submit their presentation in MS Power Point after acceptance of their papers by attachment at: infonabet@nigerianbme.org for those submitting online or in cd of paper in MS Word for those submitting by post.
• Closing date for submission of papers is August 15, 2015
• Notification of all Acceptance of papers is expected to be by September 1, 2015
• Every author whose paper has been accepted is expected to pay up and be duly registered for the conference before September 30, 2015 if his/her paper is to appear in the Book of Abstracts and Conference Proceedings
